The Installers Handover Certificate is completed by the installers once safety nets have been installed. Once completed the Installers Handover Certificate is handed over for a final inspection by a Net Inspector.
This must be confirmed and checked by a Net Inspector, who has attained training in the installation of fall arrest safety nets. The Net Inspector signs off the form confirming that the netted area is safe for using.
